I first got my real estate license in 1986 for my own interest & knowledge, never dreaming that I would become one of the top realtor that I am now. I fell in love with it right from the begining. I really enjoy searching for that right home, and taking care of all the details in the process. As a seller’s agent, I like to do a thorough market analysis to come up with accurate price and help my clients with staging the home to make it sell faster. I found out that being a realtor is not a sales job; it’s more like being a guidance counselor. I listen and find out my client’s needs and goals, guide them through the right steps, explain all the options available, and provide my expertise in neighborhood information, market conditions & contract negotiation.
